Mega Liquor & Smoke is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Retail Sales
Associate. If you enjoy working with people and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, we'd love to meet you. Retail experience is preferred, but we are happy to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Operate the cash register (POS) and handle cash accurately.
- Sell and redeem Michigan Lottery tickets.
- Verify IDs for alcohol, tobacco, and vape purchases.
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked store.
- Assist with inventory, deliveries, and daily store operations.
- Open/close the store and balance cash drawers.
Qualifications
- Retail or cashier experience preferred; training provided.
- Lottery, liquor store, convenience store, or smoke shop experience is a plus.
- Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
