Regional Sales Representative / Territory Manager
Territory: Florida
Reports To: VP of Aftermarket Parts and Service
Primary Location: Florida
Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission (Six-Figure Potential)
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Regional Sales Representative / Territory Manager to own and aggressively grow the Florida market. This role is designed for a true hunter who thrives on winning new business, expanding key accounts, and building a territory into a highly profitable, long-term career.
This is not a passive account-management role. You will be expected to take full ownership of the Texas territory and drive results.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow revenue and market share across Texas.
- Prospect aggressively through cold calling, in-person visits, networking, and industry events.
- Build strong relationships with municipal, fleet, and commercial customers.
- Manage and grow existing accounts while consistently hunting for new opportunities.
- Coordinate closely with parts, service, and operations teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
- Track pipeline activity, forecast sales, and report performance metrics.
- Travel extensively throughout Texas to support customers and close business.
- Report to the Florida facility as needed for training, meetings, planning, and coordination with internal teams.
Skills & Abilities
- Proven experience in territory sales, business development, or outside sales.
- Strong hunter mentality with a demonstrated ability to close new business.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly motivated, organized, and accountable with strong follow-through.
- Comfortable managing a large geographic territory independently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP or CRM experience preferred.
- Experience in heavy equipment, truck, refuse, construction, or industrial sales is strongly preferred.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- 2+ years of sales, territory management, or business development experience.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must be able to report to the Florida facility as needed.
Compensation & Growth
- Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission.
- The right candidate will comfortably earn six figures, with no ceiling on upside.
