As a Store Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, scheduling, preparing paperwork, keeping track of inventory, ordering supplies/equipment, and performing marketing and advertising duties. You must also keep track of sales, guest counts, comps, giveaways, gift certificates, waste, over time, and keep track of the costs of products, repairs, and maintenance. You must be a great problem solver and hire great people to be part of your staff. You will also lead by example and must be able to perform all other positions at the restaurant.
Preferred Skills and Attributes:
- Must have an education equivalent to a high school diploma
- Have at least 5 years experience in restaurant management
- Must have great customer service skills and be able to work under pressure
- Must be able to create and maintain systems for all staff members to follow
- Must be able to create and maintain a positive work culture and keep a clean and safe work environment for all staff members
- Must be able to handle difficult situations and not avoid them
- MUST HAVE EXPEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS
