Job Summary
All Things Pawssible is seeking a reliable and experienced Team Lead to support weekend operations at our dog daycare and boarding facility. This role is responsible for supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining accurate records, and upholding the safety, cleanliness, and organization of the facility. The available shift is from 6:50am-2pm Saturday and Sunday.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support team members during assigned shifts
- Greet customers professionally and provide excellent customer service
- Use company software to: Sign dogs in and out of daycare or boarding, process retail purchases, run payments and close transactions, add notes to pet files as needed
- Assist with sending dogs home from daycare and boarding
- Maintain building cleanliness and organization
- Prepare food for boarding dogs and feed dinner
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all dogs in our care
- Place dogs in assigned rooms at the end of the night
- Communicate effectively and hand over building responsibilities to overnight staff
Qualifications
- Prior leadership experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- Data entry experience with strong attention to detail
- Computer proficiency
- Dog handling experience and comfort working with multiple dogs
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts
This position involves hands-on interaction with dogs and customers in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be dependable, organized, and able to remain calm and professional while ensuring safety and efficiency.
