We are seeking a well-organized detail-oriented Office Admin/Accounting Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing time and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
Office:
· Answer Phones
· Order Office Supplies
· Open/Distribute Mail
Accounts Payable:
· Monitor AP Mailbox
· Enter Vendor invoices; process weekly checks
Accounts Receivable:
· Process customer payments
· Follow up with customers on past due balances
Payroll:
· Distribute Direct Deposit stubs
· Assist with certified payroll reporting
Various other tasks as assigned
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
