Melody Smoke & Vape is a Botique & fast-growing smoke and vape shop focused on customer service, product knowledge, store cleanliness, and a professional shopping experience. We are looking for dependable, motivated, and customer-friendly employees who can handle a fast-paced retail environment responsibly.
- Operate POS system and process transactions accurately
- Verify customer IDs and follow all tobacco/vape compliance laws
- Assist customers with vape, smoke shop, and accessory products
- Restock inventory and organize shelves/displays
- Keep store clean, stocked, and professional throughout shift
- Receive and organize deliveries
- Maintain accurate pricing and product placement
- Help monitor theft prevention and suspicious activity
- Complete assigned shift duties before clocking out
- Follow opening and closing procedures properly
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Reliable transportation and punctuality required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and good hygiene
- Ability to multitask and stay productive during shifts
- Comfortable standing for long periods
- Basic cashier and money-handling skills
- Smoke shop, vape shop, convenience store, or retail experience
- Knowledge of vape devices, Smoke shop products or smoke accessories
- Experience using POS systems
- Employees are expected to remain productive during scheduled shifts
- Excessive phone use is not permitted during work hours
- Store cleanliness and organization are mandatory
- Attendance and punctuality are strictly monitored
- Security cameras and transaction monitoring systems are in use
- Employees must follow all company policies and compliance procedures
