We’re looking for someone ready to jump in, learn multiple trades, and grow with a team that does it all.
This is your foot in the door to a trade career that includes painting, water mitigation, mold remediation, demolition, insulation, and detailed cleaning. Every day is different, and every project brings new challenges and opportunities.
What You’ll Do:
Assist lead painters with prepping, sanding, masking, rolling, and brush work

Help with general labor across job sites (yes, that includes demo days )

Support mitigation and mold crews in drying, cleaning, and restoring homes

Pitch in with insulation installs, construction cleanup, and more

Be a dependable extra set of hands wherever the job needs you

Schedule & Requirements:
Monday–Friday (some weekends as needed)

Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in crawlspaces when needed

Have experience in painting, construction, restoration, or cleaning
