What You'll Do
- Welcome every patient with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine smile.
- Schedule appointments and efficiently manage multiple provider calendars.
- Answer phones, texts, emails, and online inquiries with confidence and care.
- Check patients in and out while ensuring a smooth, personalized experience.
- Educate patients about treatments, memberships, promotions, and skincare products.
- Process payments and maintain accurate patient records.
- Coordinate consultations and follow up with prospective patients.
- Help maintain a beautiful, organized, luxury office environment.
- Support the clinical team to ensure each patient visit exceeds expectations.
- Become an expert on our services and help patients feel excited about their aesthetic journey.

Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in a medical office, medspa, plastic surgery practice, luxury hospitality, or high-end retail.
- Experience with EMR or scheduling software is a plus.
- Familiarity with aesthetic treatments, injectables, lasers, skincare, or wellness services is a bonus—but we're happy to train the right person.
