We are a growing trucking company looking for reliable and motivated CDL Class A drivers to run dedicated routes from Northern California to El Paso, Texas and back.

Driver Requirements
- Valid CDL Class A license
- Minimum 2 years of OTR driving experience preferred
- Clean driving record
- Ability to run long-haul dedicated routes
- Responsible and dependable work ethic
Responsibilities
- Safely operate tractor-trailers with manual transmissions across extensive routes, ensuring timely deliveries of freight.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
- Manage route driving logistics, including planning optimal routes for efficiency and timely delivery while maintaining compliance with hours-of-service regulations.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, delivery records, and vehicle maintenance reports for regulatory compliance.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding delivery schedules, route changes, or any issues encountered on the road .Experience
- Valid CDL A license with a clean driving record; experience operating tractor-trailers is preferred.
- Knowledge of route planning and route driving best practices for long-haul trips.
- Prior experience working as a delivery driver or in trucking roles involving freight transportation is highly desirable.
Pay: $0.55 per mile
