Proclaim Roofing & Restorations is looking for driven, professional individuals to join our growing Memphis team as Roofing Project Managers.
This is not a traditional desk job. You will build relationships with homeowners, perform exterior property inspections, guide customers through the roofing and restoration process, and oversee projects from the initial consultation through completion.

What You’ll Do
- Develop new business through networking, referrals, company-provided opportunities, and neighborhood outreach
- Meet with homeowners and perform exterior property inspections
- Identify potential roofing, siding, gutter, and storm-related damage
- Document property conditions using photos, measurements, and inspection reports
- Educate homeowners on available repair and replacement options
- Help customers understand the insurance restoration process when applicable
- Meet with insurance adjusters and assist with property inspections
- Prepare and present project proposals
- Maintain consistent communication with homeowners throughout the project
- Coordinate with production teams, suppliers, and company leadership
- Ensure each customer receives a professional, world-class experience
- Generate referrals and build long-term relationships within the community

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation

- Ability to safely climb a ladder and walk on residential roofs
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to pass applicable background-screening requirements
- Roofing or construction experience is a plus
