Southwestbnb is a growing short-term rental management company with 10 properties in Cypress, TX. We are looking for a dependable part-time Handyman to help maintain our properties and ensure our guests have an exceptional stay.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs at our short-term rental properties.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests to minimize guest disruptions.
- Complete minor plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and carpentry repairs.
- Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall functionality of the properties while performing repairs.
- Communicate clearly with the property management team regarding completed work and any additional maintenance needs.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a handyman or in property maintenance.
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repair work.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Weekend availability is required.
- Background check may be required.
