Duties
- Act as the main liaison between the company and dealer partners, providing prompt and professional support.
- Process dealer transactions accurately through data entry and verification systems.
- Assist dealers with financial sales activities, including loan applications and account management.
- Identify and prevent potential fraud by analyzing transaction patterns and suspicious activity reports.
- Communicate complex information clearly in English and other languages as needed to ensure understanding.
- Conduct analysis of dealer accounts to identify discrepancies or risks, supporting compliance efforts.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions, transactions, and investigations to ensure transparency and accountability.
Requirements
- Proven experience in financial sales or banking environments with a focus on customer service.
- Strong understanding of fraud prevention and detection techniques within financial services.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse dealer populations effectively.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in data entry, analysis tools, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Ability to analyze complex information quickly while maintaining attention to detail.
