We (Just Assist LLC) are a locally owned Door County company dedicated to helping seniors remain safely and comfortably in their homes. We provide cleaning, organizing, decluttering, and handyman support with a compassionate, hands-off approach to our local seniors.
We are hiring an In-Home Personal Assistant to handle routine residential cleanings.
This role focuses on recurring home cleanings for senior clients throughout Door County. You will work independently in clients’ homes and must be trustworthy, dependable, and detail oriented.
This is more than a cleaning job — it’s about building trust and making a real difference in someone’s daily life.
Responsibilities
* Routine residential cleaning (kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting)
* Light organizing and tidying
* Changing bed linens
* Communicating respectfully with senior clients
* Notifying owners of safety concerns or other household needs
Qualifications
* Prior residential cleaning experience preferred but not required
* High level of integrity and trustworthiness
* Comfortable working independently
* Has reliable transportation
* Ability to lift up to 25–30 lbs
* Strong attention to detail
* Compassionate
Background check required.

Schedule
Part-time to start, with potential for growth.
Starting at 5-10 hours per week.
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
