Sales Specialist – Retail Store

Wireless or cellphone sales experience is strongly preferred, but not required. We are willing to train candidates who bring the right attitude, communication skills, and desire to grow.

Position Responsibilities
- Deliver a high quality customer experience through consultative selling and relationship building
- Assist customers with mobile, internet, TV, and home service solutions based on their needs
- Educate customers on current products, promotions, pricing, and service options
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales performance goals
- Promote mobile devices, accessories, protection plans, and additional service offerings
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining attention to detail
- Support daily store operations and maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment
- Stay informed on product knowledge, promotions, and company initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred
- Wireless or cellphone sales experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment
- Self motivated with a results driven mindset
- Comfortable engaging with customers and identifying sales opportunities
- Basic technical knowledge and willingness to learn new systems and technology
