We are seeking a dependable, friendly, and customer service-driven Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for our guests. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and takes pride in helping people have a great stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently using hotel management software
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries, requests, or complaints
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams as needed
- Provide local information and recommendations to guests
- Handle guest issues or emergencies calmly and effectively
- Follow all safety and security protocols
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred (not required)
- Experience at a Hyatt hotel preferred (not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using computers and basic software applications
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and behavior
- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
