HomeShield Pest Control is a fast-growing, family-owned company known for our 5-star reputation and customer-first culture. We’re looking for a Branch Manager to lead our San Diego, CA Branch.
That You’ll Do:
- Lead, coach, and support a team of 10+ pest control technicians
- Assist in interviewing, onboarding, and training new team members in collaboration with the recruitment team
- Manage daily branch operations, including scheduling, dispatching technicians, overseeing work orders, and ensuring timely, high-quality service delivery
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences by resolving escalations, following up on concerns, and building long-term trust
- Maintain service quality through ride-alongs, inspections, and technician coaching
- Help manage branch performance by monitoring productivity, expenses, and KPIs
- Coordinate with Fleet Manager to ensure vehicles and equipment are maintained, safe, and ready for daily operations
- Support branch financial performance by monitoring budgets, controlling expenses, and helping drive revenue growth through efficient operations and service quality
- Support the sales team by assisting with inspector needs, coordinating schedules, and partnering with the Sales Manager to ensure smooth branch operations
What You’ll Need:
- 5+ years of pest control experience
- Branch 2 and 3 license required
- Previous leadership or management experience
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- A valid CA driver’s license and the ability to meet our driving standards
