Job Summary
Join our dedicated healthcare team as a 3-11 CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) working Monday through Friday! In this vital role, you will provide compassionate, high-quality patient care across various settings, ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity for individuals of all ages. Your energetic and proactive approach will support the health and well-being of patients in hospitals, long-term care facilities, assisted living communities, and home care environments. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day while working within a dynamic and supportive team. Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and comfort
- Provide specialized care for individuals with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or memory impairments, utilizing techniques like aseptic procedures and dementia care best practices
- Operate patient lifts such as Hoyer lifts safely to prevent injury during transfers and assist with mobility challenges
- Document all patient interactions thoroughly in medical records while respecting patient privacy and confidentiality standards
