Test Strip Search is an established e-commerce business specializing in diabetic supplies. We operate more like a family than a typical office, and we're looking for a long-term team member who takes real pride in getting the details right.
This role combines computer-based work (data entry, invoicing, records) with hands-on management of our physical product inventory. No prior inventory experience needed, we'll train you. What matters most is your attention to detail and reliability.
Schedule: Full time, 35-40 hrs/week, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm (some flexibility available). Long-term, starting immediately.
What You'll Do
- Encode and manage inventory, packages, and item details accurately
- Receive, check, and organize incoming product inventory (training provided)
- Verify incoming packages from customers and suppliers
- Check invoices for accuracy
- Maintain error-free records in our CRM
- Support general admin tasks and frequent customer communication
Requirements
- 2+ years in a role where accuracy is critical (data entry, order processing, accounting, banking, medical billing, inventory, logistics)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable with numbers and verification-heavy work
- Willing to handle light physical inventory tasks
- Able to commute to Granger, IN
Preferred: Google Workspace and CRM experience, prior inventory background (not required)
Compensation & Benefits: $20.00-$23.00/hr based on experience, 401(k), PTO, long-term growth opportunity in a close-knit team
