A growing marketing firm is seeking an Enrollment Representative to support a B2B energy campaign in partnership with Broker Online Exchange (BOX). As an Enrollment Representative, you will serve as a key point of contact for new business clients, helping guide them through the enrollment process and providing a smooth, professional onboarding experience.
The Enrollment Representative plays an important role in supporting the success of the Energy B2B campaign by managing client enrollment from start to finish. The Enrollment Representative position combines customer education, client support, administrative coordination, and attention to detail to ensure enrollment documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
Success as an Enrollment Representative requires strong communication skills, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client enrollments while maintaining a professional and positive experience.
Enrollment Representative Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for business clients throughout the sales enrollment process
- Guide clients through onboarding and enrollment requirements to create a smooth customer sales experience
- Explain available energy solutions and the potential cost-saving and operational benefits of the BOX platform
- Manage the enrollment process, including document collection, data entry, and verification
- Use digital tools such as DocuSign to facilitate contracts and maintain accurate client records
- Monitor enrollment status and follow up with clients regarding missing information or outstanding documentation
- Communicate clearly and professionally with prospective and existing business clients
- Maintain accurate sales records while following established enrollment, documentation, and compliance procedures
- Work toward campaign performance goals while prioritizing accuracy and customer satisfaction
Enrollment Representative Qualifications
- Up to 1 year of experience in B2B sales, customer service, client support, enrollment, administrative support, or a related role preferred
- Previous experience in an Enrollment Representative, Customer Service Representative, Sales Representative, or Client Support role is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional, customer-focused approach with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable and able to follow structured processes and procedures
- Comfortable working in an outreach-focused environment with performance expectations
- Ability to manage multiple client enrollments and prioritize tasks effectively
- Comfortable learning new technology, digital platforms, and enrollment systems
Pay: $53,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
