Part-Time Personal Assistant / Household & Business Coordinator
Starting Pay: $15 per hour
Hours: 15–20 hours per week
Schedule: Flexible
Are you highly organized, dependable, and enjoy helping things run smoothly behind the scenes? We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support a busy family and several small businesses.
No two days are exactly the same in this role. You'll help keep our household organized, assist with rental property coordination, support business operations, and take on a variety of projects that make a real difference.
What You'll Be Doing
- Ordering groceries and household supplies
- Running errands and helping manage household logistics
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars
- Organizing projects and keeping tasks on track
- Assisting with rental property management and tenant communications
- Providing administrative support for our businesses
- Helping with bookkeeping tasks such as organizing receipts, data entry, account reconciliations, and recordkeeping
- Finding ways to improve efficiency and keep everything running smoothly
What We're Looking For
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Friendly, professional, and trustworthy
- Comfortable using email, calendars, spreadsheets, and basic computer software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to pass a background check
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with bookkeeping, QuickBooks, accounting, or office administration
- Experience managing both household and business-related responsibilities
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to take initiative
