Job Title: Housekeeper
Job Summary:
A Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, organization, and sanitation in residential homes, hotels, offices, or other facilities. They ensure that rooms and common areas are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors and surfaces.
- Change bed linens and make beds.
- Wash, dry, fold, and iron laundry as needed.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
- Replenish cleaning supplies and household items.
- Report maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor or homeowner.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Organize and tidy living or working spaces.
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks.
