We are seeking "PLANT PEOPLE" who have experience and a love for working directly with ornamental plants (perennials, shrubs, small trees, etc.). This is NOT a lawncare/mowing job.

- Full-Time: Landscape Maintenance CREW
TOP REQUIREMENTS:
- Any prior professional ornamental plant maintenance experience & knowledge
- Clean MVR and Experience driving & backing truck with trailer (bumper hitch & gooseneck)

WHAT THIS POSITION INCLUDES:
- Ornamental plant care for residential and commercial properties
- Ornamental plant identification
- Hand weeding and / or spraying of weeds (licensed applicators only)
- Shrub and hedge trimming
- Plant pest and disease identification and treatment
- Spring and Fall leaf and landscape clean up
WHAT WE DON'T DO:
- Mowing / lawncare
- Snow removal

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- Prior ornamental landscaping experience (not mowing)
- Any Interest or experience in horticulture
- Able to work outside in all weather conditions
- Able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
- Energetic, motivated & friendly personality with great customer service skills
- Dependable and on time
- Self-starter, able to work independently or with a team
- Detail orientated
- Able to multitask and work in fast-paced environment

REQUIREMENTS & PAY:
- Background check required pending hire
- Must be 18 yrs or older (required by insurance)
- Valid drivers license / clean MVR
- Experienced driving & backing truck w/ trailer (bumper or gooseneck)
- Hourly pay will be based on position and incoming relevant experience
