What You’ll Do
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
- Use play-based, engaging teaching strategies
- Support communication, social, and daily living skill development
- Accurately collect and record session data
- Collaborate with BCBAs and families to ensure consistent progress
- Maintain a safe, structured, and positive learning environment
This is meaningful, hands-on work that creates lasting change.
Qualifications
- Current, active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required)
- Experience working with children; experience with special needs strongly preferred
- Professional communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Dependable, patient, and motivated to make a difference
- Students in psychology, education, ABA, or related fields are encouraged to apply (must hold active RBT certification)
