We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Puller to join our dynamic team. The Puller will play a crucial role in accurately preparing products for shipment. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Accurately pick, pull, and count items from inventory based on order specifications.
- Assemble and stack/box products.
- Shrink wrapping, making boxes.
- Ensure that all products are handled with care and meet quality standards.
- Maintain an organized workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Other duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Must be 18+ years old.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must be able to lift up to 20lbs (5-10lbs consistently)
- Basic math skills required.
- Stand or sitting for extended periods.
- Good attendance is a must.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Must submit to Background Check and Drug Screening (currently not testing for marijuana).
