Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify speech, language, and swallowing difficulties in pediatric patients.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs and developmental stage.
- Deliver engaging speech therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques to improve communication skills.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, occupational therapists, and educators to coordinate care strategies.
- Educate families and caregivers on therapy goals, home exercises, and strategies to support ongoing progress.
- Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress, treatment outcomes, and session notes in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Participate in early intervention programs to support children from infancy through preschool age, ensuring timely developmental support.
