Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our skilled nursing facility team and provide high-quality rehabilitation care to residents.
What You'll Do:

Carry out treatment plans created by the Physical Therapist, including exercises, mobility work, and functional training

Assist residents with walking, transfers, balance activities, and strengthening exercises

Track progress, document sessions, and report updates to the supervising PT
-
Support a safe, clean therapy environment and prepare equipment for sessions

Educate residents on exercises and techniques to support recovery
