Position Summary
The Research Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support strategic decision making across the organization. This role conducts qualitative and quantitative research, prepares reports, identifies trends, and provides actionable insights to stakeholders. The Research Analyst works closely with teams such as strategy, marketing, finance, operations, and product development to ensure decisions are grounded in accurate, timely, and meaningful data.
Key Responsibilities

Collect and analyze data from internal and external sources to support research objectives.

Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including surveys, interviews, market studies, and statistical analysis.

Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations that summarize findings and highlight actionable insights.

Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that inform business strategy and decision making.

Evaluate data quality, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability.

Support forecasting and modeling using statistical tools and methodologies.

Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand research needs and deliver relevant insights.

Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to support strategic planning.

Maintain research databases, documentation, and data sources.

Assist in designing research methodologies, including sampling plans, questionnaires, and analytical frameworks.
Work Environment

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, Social Sciences, or related field.

1 to 4+ years of experience in research, data analysis, or business analytics.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Proficiency with analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, R, Python, SPSS, or Tableau/Power BI.

Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with survey tools (Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey) is a plus.
