Job Summary
We are a family-owned fast paced restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch seven days a week. We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic servers to join our team. We are looking for people who worked as servers in a restaurant within the past few years.
We serve breakfast and lunch seven days a week. The hours are approximately 6:30 am - 2:30 pm. Applicants must be able to work weekends and holidays.
Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using our POS system
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Bus tables and assist with maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, including sanitizing surfaces and utensils.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders and address any special requests from guests.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving to resolve issues effectively.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of food service best practices.
Experience
- Applicants MUST have previous server experience in a full-service restaurant and have worked in a restaurant within the last few years.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Familiarity with bussing techniques, food safety standards, and sanitation practices is advantageous.
- Experience using a POS system
- Ability to work all weekends, and holidays as required by the business schedule.
Pay: $16.99 - $30.00 per hour
