Turn Your Sales Skills Into a Career With Long-Term Earning Potential
Do you want more than just a paycheck? Insurance sales gives you the opportunity to build a career where your effort, follow-up, and ability to connect with people directly impact your income.
As an Insurance Sales Representative, you’ll help individuals and families protect what matters most: their homes, cars, income, families, and future. This is a sales role with real purpose, strong earning potential, and ongoing support from a local district office committed to helping you succeed.
This opportunity puts you in the driver’s seat. You earn commission on every sale you make, giving motivated salespeople the ability to grow their income based on performance.
Why Insurance Sales?
Insurance is one of the most overlooked sales careers, but it can also be one of the most rewarding. You are not just selling a one-time product. You are building relationships, solving real problems, and helping clients make important financial decisions.
You’ll receive hands-on support and mentorship from the local district office, including help with:
- Licensing training courses
- Sales process and closing skills
- Building rapport with clients
- Quoting and product knowledge
- Operations and error resolution
- Claims basics
- Customer conversations
- Ongoing mentorship and career development
Whether you come from retail, outside sales, phone sales, customer service, or another performance-based role, this can be a strong next step for someone ready to grow.
What You’ll Do
- Connect with prospective clients through phone calls, referrals, networking, community outreach, events, and other sales activities
- Learn how to identify client needs and recommend insurance solutions that fit their situation
- Quote and present auto, home, life, business, and other insurance products as appropriate
- Build relationships with clients and guide them through the buying process
- Follow up with leads and prospects to turn conversations into sales
- Maintain accurate notes, client records, and sales activity in the agency CRM
- Work with agency and district leadership to improve your sales process, product knowledge, and closing ability
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining coverage clearly and helping clients feel confident in their decisions
- Stay current on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and industry changes
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for motivated, coachable, sales-minded individuals who want to win.
A strong candidate will have:
- Experience in sales, customer service, retail, outside sales, call centers, or another performance-driven role

- Confidence making calls, following up, and asking for the sale
- A competitive mindset with a willingness to learn
- Strong organization and follow-through
