Job Summary
Delightful Home Health Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Marietta, Ga. Pay rate, days, and hours will be discussed after applying.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and the plan of care
- Administer medications, treatments, and tube feedings as prescribed
- Monitor and document patient condition and progress
- Perform ongoing assessments and report changes in condition
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and activities of daily living as needed
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and family members
- Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times
Qualifications
- Current Georgia LPN License (Required)
- Current CPR Certification (Required)
- Home health, rehabilitation, ventilator, or long-term care experience preferred
- Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and provide high-quality patient-centered care
- Must pass background screening
