Job Description
Restaurant Manager will provide strategic leadership and general management for all dining and beverage functions within the Lucky Chances Casino facility. This role ensures a high standard of food quality and 24/7 guest service while maintaining strict cost controls and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications: Hospitality degree or comparable experience with a minimum of 10 years management experience in fine dining/high-volume facilities; expert knowledge of food costing, inventory control, and various POS systems; multilingual skills (Chinese, Vietnamese, Tagalog) are highly valued
Pay rate: $85,000 per year
