An established and growing long-term care organization is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead the operations of a skilled nursing facility in the Greater Houston area.

Position Summary
The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the facility, ensuring the highest standards of resident care while maintaining regulatory compliance, employee engagement, and operational success.

Responsibilities
Provide overall leadership and direction for facility operations
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
Lead and develop department heads and management staff
Drive census growth and resident satisfaction initiatives
Monitor and improve quality measures and survey outcomes
Manage labor, budgets, and financial performance
Foster a positive culture focused on resident-centered care
Collaborate with clinical leaders to ensure quality outcomes
Recruit, retain, and develop high-performing team members
Build strong relationships with residents, families, referral sources, and community partners
Qualifications
Current Texas Nursing Facility Administrator License (NFA/LNHA) required
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator preferred
Strong knowledge of skilled nursing operations and regulatory compliance
Proven leadership and team-building abilities
Experience managing budgets, labor, and operational performance
Demonstrated success with survey readiness and quality improvement
Excellent communication and organizational skills
