Must be a current NOTARY PUBLIC for this job.
Registration clerk and live scan roller tech are required after Live Scan background check has been cleared and the DOJ and Department of Motor Vehicle training and background reports and exams have been passed.
Prepare print job orders. Adobe, Canon and Epson software is used to prepare and create graphic images for print.
A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Chrome, various email clients, Windows OS, is required.
Additional duties:
Operate the Point-of-Sale Cash Register system for customer purchases.
Prepare items for shipping.
Create shipping labels for FedEx, UPS and USPS.
Prepare customer service orders.
Answer the telephone.
Monitor email queue and responses and assignment of duties.
Operate Konica BIZHub for printing, Copying and scanning.
Assist customers in the retrieval of data from the PC, Flash Drives, phone, etc.
Operate large format printers for banners, posters, building plans, signs, art, etc.
Lamination, Binding, Cutting, cut key blanks, sort and scan mail, filing, inventory, stocking, document shredding, are a few of the counter operations.
Janitorial duties as needed; empty trash, clean floors and surfaces.
Participation in ongoing professional development is mandatory and essential to the proper operation of the store, adherence of legally processing shipping and handling mail, and the use of industry best practices. Failure to complete training as assigned will result in termination.
Training videos are provided and will be completed during business hours.
Additional duties as assigned.
The job requires standing, bending, crouching, reaching and lifting 25lbs.
The job may require the opening or closing of the store during a shift.
