Black Hills State University is seeking a full-time Senior Building Maintenance Worker in the Building & Grounds department.
This position will be responsible for the renovation of existing campus structures, performing carpenter maintenance needs as they arise on campus, and assisting with groundskeeping.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
- Operates the necessary tools of the trade
- Ability to read and follow blueprints
- Schedules the installation of projects
- Computer skills including web browsing, Excel, MSWord
- Professional, clear, and concise communication
- Deal tactfully and work effectively with others
- Ability to lift over 50 pounds
- Work after hours or on call as needed
