We’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented team members who thrive in a regulated, fast-paced retail environment. At Nevada Vapor, our Sales Associates serve as product consultants and trusted advisors. Our customers rely on us to help them navigate highly personal product choices, and finding the right fit often requires thoughtful conversation, product knowledge, and careful listening.
Successful associates are comfortable engaging customers, asking questions, exploring preferences, and making personalized recommendations. We believe great customer service begins with understanding a customer's individual needs rather than simply ringing up a transaction.
Our Sales Associates build lasting relationships with customers, drive sales through exceptional service, and positively represent the Flavor Vapor brand. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, product knowledge, and a genuine desire to help people.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct consultative sales conversations to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and available options
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience
- Build long-term customer relationships through trust, product knowledge, and personalized service
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Count and track inventory
- Receive products and stock shelves
- Maintain cleanliness in-store and in the parking lot
- Complete daily and weekly logs, tasks, and reports
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned by senior management
