Dome Scalp & Head Spa is a luxury, open-concept head spa focused on scalp health, blowouts, and elevated guest experiences. Every detail matters—from the moment a guest walks in to the moment they leave—and our front desk team plays a critical role in setting that tone.
Position Overview
We are looking for a Guest Experience Coordinator who is warm, proactive, engaging and thrives in a team environment. This is not a typical front desk role—this person is responsible for creating a seamless, welcoming, and elevated experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in guests with a warm, professional, and elevated approach
- Engage in client conversations & in shop relationships
- Manage bookings, scheduling, and guest flow efficiently
- Educate guests on services, upgrades, promos and retail products
- Support the service providers to ensure a smooth day by cleaning tools & helping to turn over stations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and calm front-of-house environment
- Handle transactions and rebooking with attention to detail
- Anticipate guest needs and go above and beyond to enhance their experience
Requirements (Our “Musts”)
- Must be available most Saturdays and Sundays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Naturally positive, high-energy, and welcoming personality
- Self-starter who takes initiative without needing constant direction
- Works well in a team and contributes to a positive work culture
- Highly organized & intuitive
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
Preferred (but not required)
- Experience in hospitality, salon/spa, or customer service
- Interest in wellness, beauty, or self-care industry
- Experience with booking software (or willingness to learn quickly)

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
