Duties
- Prepare a wide range of baked goods, pastries, and cakes with attention to detail and recipe adherence
- Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, knives, and decorating tools safely and efficiently
- Package finished products ensuring freshness and presentation standards are met
- Maintain a clean workspace by following food safety protocols and sanitation procedures
- Assist in food preparation tasks including cooking, pastry preparation, and food handling
- Support high-volume production needs while maintaining quality control standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders and excellent customer service
Requirements
- Knowledge of food safety management practices and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Excellent attention to detail for recipe adherence and presentation standards
- Basic math skills for measurements, portioning, and inventory management
- Prior experience high-volume food industry settings is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team while maintaining a clean workspace
- Culinary experience with baked goods, cooking techniques, and food industry standards is essential

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
