Are you an experienced supply chain professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading teams to success? Orlando Health is looking for a Supply Chain Team Leader to coordinate daily operations, support team members, and help ensure our facilities have the supplies needed to provide exceptional patient care.
What You'll Do
As a Supply Chain Team Leader, you will:
✅ Coordinate and oversee daily supply chain operations across hospital and off-site locations
✅ Provide guidance and support to Supply Chain Technicians and team members
✅ Generate inventory, management, and operational reports
✅ Perform cycle counts and monitor inventory accuracy
✅ Conduct audits and quality assurance reviews throughout the facility
✅ Create and maintain staff schedules and facilitate routine team meetings
✅ Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
✅ Perform basic system troubleshooting and manage inventory updates
✅ Build strong relationships with clinical leaders and departments
✅ Round regularly with hospital departments to identify and resolve supply concerns
✅ Ensure compliance with Orlando Health policies and procedures
What We're Looking For
✔ High School Diploma or equivalent required
✔ Six (6) years of warehousing, inventory, retail, or supply chain experience required
✔ Associate Degree may substitute for up to two (2) years of experience
✔ Bachelor’s Degree may substitute for up to four (4) years of experience
✔ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic healthcare environment
✔ Experience with inventory management, receiving, stocking, and operational coordination preferred
