Location: Surprise, AZ

Requirements
- Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine
- Active Arizona medical license
- Comfortable treating adult patients only
- Strong chronic disease management experience
- EMR/documentation proficiency required
Pay: $210,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
