Full/Part time positions have an every other weekend REQUIREMENT

What You’ll Do
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility)
- Support safe transfers (including Hoyer lifts and assistive devices)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Provide medication reminders
- Monitor and report changes in condition
- Perform light housekeeping
- Document care accurately
- Provide care for clients with dementia, Alzheimer’s, developmental disabilities, or other specialized needs
What You’ll Need
- Active PCA certification (or equivalent)
- CPR & First Aid certification
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills
- Professional, compassionate attitude
- Experience in home care, assisted living, nursing homes, or group homes preferred
