Front Desk / Membership Sales Associate

Are you outgoing, organized, and great at connecting with people? Scenthound is looking for a Front Desk / Membership Sales Associate who can create an exceptional customer experience while helping pet parents understand the value of routine care for their dogs.
This is more than a traditional front desk position. You’ll be the face of Scenthound, welcoming customers, building relationships, educating pet parents about our services and memberships, and helping grow our membership community.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome clients and their dogs and create a friendly, professional experience from the moment they walk through the door
- Educate pet parents about Scenthound services, membership options, and the benefits of routine care
- Convert prospective customers and first-time visitors into Scenthound members
- Answer incoming calls, texts, and customer questions promptly and professionally
- Follow up with leads and prospective members by phone, text, and other communication channels
- Schedule and manage appointments while helping maintain an efficient daily flow
- Check clients in and out, process payments, and maintain accurate customer information
- Recommend appropriate services and retail products based on customer needs
- Help retain existing members by providing outstanding service and addressing questions or concerns
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby
- Work closely with the Scenter team and leadership to deliver a consistently positive customer experience
- Contribute to membership, sales, retention, and customer-service goals
Who We’re Looking For

- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Comfortable working around dogs of all sizes and breeds
- Motivated by goals and enjoy being part of a growing business
- Able to remain professional and solutions-focused when handling customer concerns
Previous experience in membership sales, hospitality, fitness, retail, salons/spas, veterinary or pet care, customer service, or other recurring-membership businesses is a plus.

Success in this position means providing an outstanding experience for every pet parent while actively contributing to the growth of the Scenter. You'll help turn inquiries into appointments, appointments into memberships, and members into long-term Scenthound customers.

- Competitive hourly base pay + tips ranges from $19.00 to $21.00 per hour based on experience level

Scenthound helps dogs stay clean and healthy through routine hygiene and care. Our membership model makes it easier for pet parents to maintain their dog's basic care on a consistent schedule.
