Worthington Hills Country Club is opening a brand-new dining room and bar this March and is seeking an individual to become the face of our new operation.
The Bartenders at Worthington Hills Country Club play an integral role in ensuring our members have exceptional dining experiences. We are interested in growing our team, and are in search of professional bartender's. The right person will be passionate about food, drinks and service, and thoroughly enjoy creating excellent experiences for our members. The ideal candidate will have a friendly, outgoing disposition, and previous experience.
Responsibilities
- Anticipate members needs and requests
- Attend to members upon entrance
- Present restaurant menus and help members select food/beverages
- Take and serve orders
- Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products
- Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
- Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
Skills
- Proven restaurant serving or waitering experience
- Attention to cleanliness and safety
- Member-oriented approach
- Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
