As our new Production Scheduler, you will be developing and executing integrated production and supply plans that align demand, capacity, and material availability — ensuring efficient operational execution and high on-time delivery performance. This position reports directly to our Supply chain manager and is based in Fresno, California, and operates in a hybrid model.

The salary range for this position is $53,300 USD – 70,590USD. Individual pay will be determined based on market location and the candidate’s profile. The range listed is just one component of Grundfos’s total compensation and benefits package for employees. Total compensation includes paid time off, paid holidays, merit increases, bonuses, and employee stock purchase programs, etc. Grundfos salary rates are benchmarked and reflect the target for new hire salaries for the position in Fresno, California.

Your main responsibilities include:

Develop and execute production and supply plans aligned with demand, capacity, and material availability, leading daily scheduling to reflect operational priorities

Monitor and manage exceptions such as material shortages, delays, and quality issues, driving timely recovery actions to maintain plan stability

Maintain optimal inventory levels in close alignment with the Master Planner, ensuring material availability and system accuracy

Drive strong customer focus by ensuring high on-time delivery performance across key metrics (OTTR / COTTR / ASOT)

Collaborate closely with production, procurement, logistics, and cross-functional teams, providing clear and timely support

Identify and contribute to digitalization and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and supply chain performance
