Homeology Real Estate is looking to connect with motivated future agents who are actively completing their pre-licensing education and want to get a head start. While you finish your courses and prepare for the state exam, you can begin learning how the real estate business actually works and build a clear plan for launching your career once licensed.
Most new agents receive their license and then ask:
- How do I find clients?
- What should I do every day?
- How do I write and manage a transaction?
- Who can I ask when I need help?
- How long will it take before I earn my first commission?
At Homeology, you won’t be expected to figure everything out alone.
WHAT YOU’LL BEGIN LEARNING
As a future Homeology agent, you’ll have the opportunity to become familiar with:
- The daily activities that create real estate business
- How to build and organize your database
- Buyer and seller consultation processes
- Lead follow up and relationship building strategies
- Contracts, inspections, appraisals, disclosures, and closings
- Time management and business planning
- Real world scripts, conversations, and objection handling
- The systems and technology agents use to manage their businesses
- What to expect during your first 30, 60, and 90 days after licensing
Once you become licensed and officially join the team, you’ll have access to our complete training, coaching, accountability, technology, administrative support, transaction coordination, collaborative culture, and opportunities to qualify for company provided lead flow.

No previous real estate sales experience is required.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
A California real estate salesperson license is required before performing licensed real estate activities, representing clients, or earning commissions. Candidates may apply while completing their required courses to be a part of the team and get access to a ton of cool stuff and shadow opportunities but must obtain an active California real estate license before beginning work as a real estate salesperson.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
