A confidential assisted living community in the Billings, Montana area is seeking a Nurse Manager to lead the nursing team and help ensure residents receive exceptional, compassionate care.
This is a great opportunity for a nurse who enjoys resident care, team leadership, and creating a positive environment for both residents and staff.
What You'll Do
- Lead, support, and oversee Licensed Nurses and CNAs.
- Ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and individualized care.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and approved nursing standards.
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and ensure appropriate follow-up with physicians, families, and responsible parties.
- Review and update care plans, care directives, ADLs, and other clinical documentation as residents' needs change.
- Monitor compliance with facility policies and applicable state and federal regulations.
- Provide coaching, direction, and accountability to nursing staff.
- Help foster a collaborative, respectful, and resident-focused team environment.
- Respond to clinical concerns and significant incidents as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current Montana RN or LPN license.
- Nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience with geriatric residents, assisted living, long-term care, or skilled nursing preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment and knowledge of the nursing process.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A team-oriented leader who is comfortable taking initiative and making decisions.

Pay: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour
