```JOB SUMMARY```
We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Dining Room Associates to join our team. As a Wild Willy's Dining Room Associate, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the dining room by taking orders, helping to prepare and deliver our food, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment. Must be outgoing with a positive and professional attitude and ideally love making people feel welcome and seen. And if you have a life-long passion for hospitality, and enjoy keeping busy, we would particularly love to hear from you!
```DUTIES```
- Welcoming our customers and catering to their needs
- Taking orders at the counter in person and via phone
- Answering questions about our food menu (including burgers, shakes, french fries, salads and more)
- Preparing fresh fruit drinks, frappes, milkshakes
- Delivering drinks and food to tables
- Expediting take-out orders for those who come and pay at the counter for orders that were previously called in
- Working in partnership with the kitchen staff and our Shift Leads to ensure the best guest experience possible throughout the shift
- Washing down tables inside and outside
- Selling merchandise (tshirts, sweatshirts, hats)
- Stocking beverage coolers before and during service as needed
- Restocking all food items and related cups / containers before and after food service
- Opening and closing the dining room for service (including cleaning of dining room, bathrooms, floors, tables, and surfaces)
