Do you enjoy working with numbers, staying organized, and being part of a fast-paced team environment? Kittery Trading Post is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Cash Flow Clerk to support our daily cash operations and provide excellent service to our retail teams.
In this role, you’ll play an important part in keeping our store operations running smoothly by handling company funds with accuracy and professionalism while supporting our front-end teams and guests.
What You’ll Do
- Count, balance, control, and prepare daily company deposits
- Support and service cashiers with cash handling needs
- Monitor and manage the company’s multiline phone system
- Maintain accurate records and balancing procedures
- Assist with clerical and administrative tasks as needed
- Provide friendly and professional communication with employees and customers
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable handling cash and balancing transactions accurately
- Positive attitude with strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy retail environment
- Basic computer and clerical skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- Clear and legible handwriting
- Banking, bookkeeping, or cash office experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right candidate
Schedule Requirements
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
