- Monday: 5:30 PM – 10:30 PM
- Tuesday: 5:00 PM – 8:30 PM
- Wednesday: 5:30 PM – 10:30 PM
- Thursday: 5:00 PM – 8:30 PM
- Friday: 5:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Position Overview
Refuge Services Group Inc. is seeking professional, dependable, and customer-focused Armed Security Officers to join our team at Northbridge University in Pembroke Pines. This position requires officers who can maintain a professional presence while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety and security of the campus.
Our mission is to provide superior security services that allow our clients to operate safely and efficiently with complete peace of mind.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct foot patrols throughout the campus and parking areas.
- Monitor for suspicious activity and respond appropriately to incidents.
- Provide exceptional customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors.
- Complete Daily Activity Reports (DARs) and Incident Reports using company-approved software.
- Follow all post orders and site-specific procedures.
- Respond to emergencies and communicate effectively with supervisors and local law enforcement when necessary.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold company standards at all times.
Minimum Qualifications
- Valid Florida Class D Security License (Required)
- Valid Florida Class G Statewide Firearm License (Required)
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
