Duties

- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction
- Manage route driving responsibilities, ensuring timely delivery of merchandise while adhering to safety protocols
- Conduct merchandising activities to ensure product displays are attractive and well-stocked
- Utilize pricing knowledge to offer competitive quotes and negotiate deals effectively
- Perform heavy lifting as needed to handle inventory and merchandise during deliveries and restocking
- Maintain organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and route schedules
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related roles with a strong focus on communication skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience in commercial driving is preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks comfortably
- Strong math skills for handling pricing, calculations, and inventory management
- Knowledge of route driving, merchandising, and organizational skills for efficient daily operations
- Experience with upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Background in military service is a plus, demonstrating discipline and teamwork orientation
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively
