This is a full-time on-site role for a Certified Medical Assistant at Stockton Dermatology. The Certified Medical Assistant will be responsible for tasks such as patient care, rooming patients, scribing the medical visit, assisting provider with medical & surgical procedures, medical office duties, and medical terminology. Needs to be well versed in the terminology & medications related to General Dermatology,
Qualifications
Certified Medical Assistant with experience in medical office settings
Proficiency in dermatology terminology
Experience providing patient care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail
Good typing skills
Proficient computer skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
Knowledge of dermatology procedures and treatments is a plus
Associate's degree or certification in Medical Assisting preferred.
